The crisp autumn breeze brings with it a refreshing season. Seizing the moment during the cool autumn weather and a break from work, the "Together in Unity, Creating a Shared Future" 11-kilometer hiking team-building event, co-organized by the Medium Voltage Workshop and the Administrative Center, was successfully held recently at the Luhu Forest Resort.
Led by Executive Vice President Mr. Cui, the event began with a solemn oath-taking ceremony. Under the guidance of the "OWENT" company flag, the entire hiking team maintained perfect order throughout the journey, drawing admiration and praise from passersby, many of whom stopped to take photos.
At the destination, the team engaged in various team-building activities such as "Seven-Person Six-Leg Race," "Invincible Wind Fire Wheel," "Rolling the Ball for Miles," "Kangaroo Jump," and "You Act, I Guess," along with a "Cooking Competition." The event site echoed with bursts of laughter and excited cheers, creating an exceptionally lively atmosphere. Even tourists joined in, cheering on the participants.
This hiking team-building event not only provided employees with physical exercise and relaxation but also strengthened teamwork and cohesion. Participants expressed their hope for more events like this in the future.
After the event, OWENT employees took the initiative to clean up the venue, leaving it even cleaner and tidier than before. This act deeply impressed the resort’s cleaning staff, who remarked, "If only everyone were as considerate as you."
