TV12E(V)/TV12E(B) series indoor vacuum circuit breaker is a new generation of 12kV vacuum circuit breaker with domestic leading level researched and developed by our company using advanced CAD/CAE design and manufacturing technology. TV12E(B) is that a vacuum interrupter with ultra-low resistance value and conductive parts are installed in an insulating cylinder made of insulating material. The main feature of TV12E(V) is that the main conductive circuit is solidly sealed its poles with solid insulation. Which is a special embedding technology where vacuum interrupters and conductive parts with ultra-low resistance values are cast in epoxy resin to achieve solid insulation of the main conductive circuit. Its operating mechanism is a new type of spring-operated mechanism, which is self-developed by our company, with simple structure and reliable action, and has been widely used in different fields such as metallurgy and chemical industry.

Modular structure
The modular secondary control unit is not only easy to replace, but also ensures the reliability of electrical connection.
The use of independent modular mechanism, is different to the traditional mechanism which have to be based on the circuit breaker frame as the main body. That changed the defects of affect by frame tolerance changes, greatly improved the reliability of the circuit breaker.
Operation mechanism
The operating mechanism of the TV12E(V)/TV12E(B) series product is designed as an independent operating function module that can be loaded and unloaded independently. Compared with conventional products, the operating mechanism has been improved in the following three aspects:
Change the original half-axis type release to advanced friction type release.
Use long-life self-lubricating bearings
It is directly drove by gears, which is different from the current by chains.
Integrated propulsion mechanism
The transmission wheel of the original propulsion mechanism is directly fixed on the switch body, which changes the deviation caused by the original split installation, makes the coaxiality of the propulsion cabinet more accurate, and makes the propulsion interlocking function device into an independent shaftable module, which is convenient for timely maintenance without lifting equipment on site
Surface treatment
80% of the surface of the mechanical parts is treated with chemical dipping, which greatly improves the anti-corrosion ability of the parts and ensures the consistent and stable quality of the machinery.
